The exhibits were great, the simulators were very well done. I had a great chat with the gentleman tgat was the host of the Rocket Garden tour. The early missions, those astronauts were extremely brave to not only get into a tiny capsule thats not much larger than a recliner on refurbished ICBMS. I wish I would have purchased a second day. Always next year. To those that are space geeks like I am Go!!!

What made my visit memorable? Just already being in the grounds of NASA is like an achievment for someone like me coming from Argentina. I being following with newsletters since 2016 and finally being on the Apollo museum or check the space suits, the rockets, and imagine all the group effort, the engineering and imagine the minds and behind each one of the projects is something inspiring. I hope one day humanity would leave their differences asides to look to the stars and work in the same page to reach new achievments. But someone like me only can dream :')

At Rocket Garden and Saturn V Centre the structures are awesome. Patrick @ Rocket Garden explained in detailed and encouraged us that we will also understand Rocket Science. At Saturn V Centre, there was a Gentle Man,(looks like a Senior in the KSC) unable to recollect His Name(but will attach A Photo which we captured at the Centre and He can been seen in the bottom left corner) he really explained the indetailed process of the Lunar Exploration - Service Module and Capsule etc and it took us back to dates when it happened.

Absolutely everything was amazing!! With so much to see and do, I highly recommend getting the 2 day admission. Staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Park was very clean, everything in fantastic condition. My husband used a wheelchair during our visit and everything was easy to access and there were plenty of opportunities to cool off and rest. The bus tour was included with admission and was DEFINITELY a must during your visit!!

The buss trip we were able to see a rocket and capsule being taken to its launch pad along with a launch....on our Anniversary. It was so breathtaking. No words. And hearing Kennedy speech throughout our experience was so inspiring and hopeful, even today. Made me choke up multiple times. The Challenger story still makes me cry. I was in 6th grade when I watched that happen on tv. Such brave individuals and souls.

We loved the passion of the staff and NASA's reverence and focus on science. Our tour bus driver was funny, welcoming and an expert on all things rocket related. The campus was easy to maneuver and the exhibits were awe inspiring with attention given to even the smallest details. We were delighted to find that the food was tasty and affordable. We bought a two-day pass and could have easily stayed longer. An A+ adventure!

Well laid out, bus tour is a must and plenty of exhibits... indoors to escape the heat. I would recommend laying out 3 options on the website. 1. Easy basic tour of the grounds 2. Basic tour and must see indoor activities/Exhibits and 3. The whole enchalada which is all exhibits and bus tour. Notation on spending 1 or 2 days based on options chosen

ticketing experience was awful -- mostly because we didn't download on the app bc we're seniors and didn't know how to do that. had to go to FOUR different people to get it straightened out. HOWEVER for someone who knows what to do the pricing was great. The "theme" park itself is -- pardon the pun -- out of this world. Fabulous! Better by far than we expected. you have to go from opening to closing for two days to do it justice. SO much to see and do, and the "rides" were cool. Food was good and not drastically overpriced.

Your site could not complete an order for 3 seperate adults to do entrance to Kennedy and then the tour. You sold me the last ticket you apparently had in your inventory without advising me, I had to call Kennedy direct to gain the two additional tickets. I will never buy through you again. The facility was wonderful and the bus tour was awesome despite the issue with being able to get ticketed correctly. I have deleted your app from my phone.

Booking and the management of the tickets was very easy and I believe we got a good deal. However, our expectation was that a guided tour of the exhibition would form part of the upgrade. My grandson liked the simulation rides the most. I like the extended tour the most. I wish that there was more information about the two different type of tours, specifically the duration. The Kennedy Space Center was a really good experience. There was plenty of hands on activities to keep my grandson interested. The only dissappointing activity was that we had signed up for "Chat with an Astronaut". It started at 9:30 and lasted about an hour. However, there was no time for young people shake his hand or to have a picture taken with the astronaut. Instead they were told that he would be in the gift shop from 12-12:45.

Inspiring and Unforgettable – A Must-Visit at the Kennedy Space Center! We spent two full days at the Kennedy Space Center, and honestly, it still wasn’t enough — this place is incredible! From the moment we stepped through the gates, we were immersed in the awe-inspiring history and future of space exploration. One of the absolute highlights was the Chat With an Astronaut experience. Sitting down with someone who’s actually been to space was surreal. He shared amazing stories, insights, and answered our questions with so much warmth and passion. We so wish we could’ve taken a photo with him — that’s the only thing that would’ve made it even more memorable! There’s so much to explore — from the Space Shuttle Atlantis exhibit to the Apollo/Saturn V Center and the exciting simulations. Everything was well-organized, interactive, and perfect for all ages. If you're even remotely interested in space, this is a place you absolutely have to visit. Two days gave us time to really take it all in, and we’d go back again in a heartbeat!

I bought the Kennedy Space Center Tickets & Chat with an Astronaut thinking it was directly from the real Kennedy Center site. Had to download an app, had issues with it immediately. We had no details about when to arrive and had to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times. The ticket did not display other than the confirmation. We arrived at the space center and still could not get the tickets to load. I am an in IT professional. I do not struggle with apps or getting information but there was zero clarity on when and where to arrive until we got to the gate. We were told the chat and give away was sold out, They could not move us to the 2 PM or refund us because we booked via third party. So all we got is access to the park. I tried to get support to assist and she stated she was going escalate to give us at least refund since all we got is basic admission to the park. We received an in Italian saying your tickets were scanned, no refund. We did not get the experience or the lithogram and travelled all the way from CT for this. Total nonsense and we will be letting everyone know.

We were told at the park meet with an astronaut was 2-5pm. We went at 2:50pm and missed it. We were mos informed and said they would refund us. Then they realized our tickets were with Headout and said there was nothing they could do we had to contact that 3rd party company. My kids were very sad they did not get to meet an astronaut. ☹️

The Space Center is very cool, you feel like a child amazed by everything, you almost experience a little bit of what the space race was like, the only thing missing, I don't know if because I don't ask, I couldn' enjoy the additional that said my reservation: A continental breakfast, 1 alcoholic drink per adult ticket, A commemorative gift and lithograph. If you have that included, ask so you don't miss it. Review of: Johnathn Castelblanco - January 23 - 2025

Visiting the Kennedy Space Center is an awe-inspiring experience. Every corner is carefully designed, radiating history and admiration for the achievements of mankind. It is deeply moving to be so close to these technological marvels, to feel a living part of the space race. The Jennedy Space Centre was amazing! So interactive and very educational. I really appreciated the time Bob (our bus tour guide) took to put together an information package and his recommendations on the order we should do each activity in. His commentary on the drive over to Cape Canaveral was also very informative and highly appreciated. The bus was lovely and very comfortable. My daughter and I had a wonderful day!

Our visit to the Kennedy Space Center was truly incredible. The center itself offered an overwhelming amount to explore and experience; a single day hardly felt sufficient to cover everything in detail. Regarding the VIP Experience, it fell short of expectations. Our driver, who also served as our tour guide, dropped us off at the Kennedy Center but did not accompany us inside. While he provided entry tickets, snacks, and a meal voucher, his communication skills were hindered by poor English, making it difficult for passengers in the back of the bus to hear his instructions on navigating the center. Additionally, on the return journey, heavy traffic compounded the issue as our driver frequently turned away from the road to converse with another passenger, raising concerns about safety. Despite these drawbacks, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Kennedy Center. However, considering the challenges with transportation and the driver's performance, we concluded that driving ourselves would have been a more economical and straightforward choice for our group.

There was a hiccup in hotel pickup but was corrected extremely fast. The driver was quite knowledgeable in recommendations on how best to do the route. I would recommend that he would have a print list of what to do in what order so that we can take a picture of the notes instead of typing while driving to the Cape. I was feeling a little bit motion sickness when he called out the notes. (Not his fault). Very friendly driver, great service.

My visit to the space center was awesome. I was so amazed by the rockets in the front and I just loved how you introduced the Atlantis. Highly recommended! All and I, I did not let that judge my overall experience.

Although most of the attractions are aimed at children (and many go into space just to make a mess and not to learn anything) and most of the objects are not real, the quality and technology of the attractions are fantastic. It was my 26 year old nephew's first experience to Cape Canaveral. The best part was seeing the excitement in him when we watched the lift off of one of the rockets. He has studied rockets and space since he was a child. He is now in college, becoming a scientist. It was a great trip. We are from Tennessee, and we will be back. The best part was seeing the exhibit of the shuttle Columbia.! Most of all he has always wanted to see and touch a moon rock. And he got to!

Thanks to pre booking it was easy to access the site and park up. The exhibts are extraordinary and whilst we missed out on the Saturn V bus tour by 10 minutes as we were unaware that the last bus was so early in the day we made up for it in Atlantis which was a fabulous experience. As a place that I have been desperate to see since Apollo 7, as an 8 year old boy in the UK, it was a phenomenal day and I even got to be an Astronaut for a day and blast off on a Shuttle launch! Not to be missed and worth a revisit as it's vast!

The most memorable exhibit for me was the Atlantis Shuttle. When the presentation was over and the screen opened and the shuttle was actually there, AMAZING!! Also, the Challenger exhibit honoring those lost. Don't miss the piece of shuttle found it back. I almost missed it. Once I figured out tickets can't be purchased with Discover, it was easy. I saved the tickets to my phone and entry was easy.

My visit to the space center was awesome. I was so amazed by the rockets in the front and I just loved how you introduced the Atlantis. Highly recommended! My only negative comment is there was a rude staff member working the digital ride experience. She was pretty nasty when instructing people on the rides. All and I, I did not let that judge my overall experience.

Although most of the attractions are aimed at children (and many go into space just to make a mess and not to learn anything) and most of the objects are not real, the quality and technology of the attractions are fantastic. But what definitely won me over was seeing the Space Shuttle Atlantis up close. It blew me away.

It was nice to get to talk with an astronaut who happened to be Norm Thagard. He was a gentleman to talk to and was very expressive on his answers. Funny thing was when I found out who it was, I was frantically looking up dates on when his flight landed at Edward's to see if that was one of the landings that I saw. Nope it wasn't him. Still I got to explore the Saturn V exhibit and had a great time. My only miss was tge Atlas V launch that I may have made parts for launch.

Buying tickets from Headout was definitely worth it, it was very simple plus the tickets bought included details on what was included in the package such as the bus tours, and directions on how to get to the pick up spot, which was Icon Park for us. The bus driver Bob was friendly and was engaging by talking about what to see like the Rocket Garden or Bus tour to Apollo/Saturn V Center. They arrived early to the pick up spot, and Bob even provided a paper package of information, which included some history of the Kennedy Space Center, maps and the must-see attractions. At Kennedy Space Center, there is something for the whole family including Imax films, bus/walking tours, Astronaut Autograph signing, Hyperdeck: Mission Moon, and shops to visit. Overall, very happy and satisfied with this experience!
